Workshops are an efficient way to get to know Alexander Technique. Through learning together in a group, i.e. through observation, discussion of questions as they come up, joint movement and perception experiments, the group-specific atmosphere offers learners highly effective lessons from day one. It’s an inexpensive way to get to know Alexander Technique.
