PAYMENT

HIPTOHIP payments are powered by Stripe and PayPal. Through both payment solutions, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

HIPTOHIP does not store your credit card information. All your payment information is being taken care of by your chosen payment solution (either Stripe or PayPal). We have implemented Stripe and PayPal’s client-side tokenization, which makes us PCI-DSS compliant. Every time you enter your credit card information, a Stripe or PayPal token is created, which can be used only once, even if the information can be saved for later use.

CARD CHARGING

Your card will be charged as soon as the order is processed on our website.

TAXES

If you order from a European brand and you are yourself based within the EU, the relevant VAT is usually included in the product price, even though there might be some adjustments necessary. From brands and deliveries outside of the EU, products are usually exempt from VAT.
