RETURNS
We know that you will love your HIPTOHIP but if something doesn't work out, we will happily accept unused, unwashed or defective HIPTOHIP’S for return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your package. Please contact us before returning any HIPTOHIP and to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
COST
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an HIPTOHIP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Eligible refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
EXCHANGE
We only exchange and replace HIPTOHIP’S if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange items for any other reason(s).
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your purchase all together, this would be treated as Returns. Please check Returns procedure above. In case of Returns, HIPTOHIP cannot be held responsible for shipping cost.
DAMAGED HIPTOHIP DELIVERED
We do everything to make sure that every HIPTOHIP comes to you perfectly without damage. If you receive one that is damaged we will replace it at no cost to you. If you receive a HIPTOHIP that are is damaged on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the HIPTOHIP in writing by post or by e-mail.
