SHIPPING

We ship all orders with DHL or DEUTSCHE POST. Orders placed by noon on a working day (excludes Public Holidays) are processed and dispatched in one working day. Orders which are placed after this time will be processed the following working day.

Once the parcel has been picked up by DHL or DEUTSCHE POST, we will notify you by email and include your parcel’s tracking link. Click on the tracking link provided to follow your parcel’s progress. DHL Express will contact you by SMS for its on demand services and will let you choose your preferred delivery slot

Please note that due the current Corona situation DHL is shipping all packages as ocean freight to the USA which can take up to 60 days. If you want it faster there is the possibility of a special and more expensive faster air freight offer from DHL.
